1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering or using any part of the kisy918 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines that may be published from time to time.

2. User Eligibility

kisy918 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure these eligibility requirements are met. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at kisy918. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed without refund of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name as per your identification card (MyKad), mobile phone number, valid email and required payment details. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. kisy918 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in protecting your login details.

Any suspicious activity or unauthorised access that you become aware of must be reported to the kisy918 support team immediately via live chat.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

kisy918 provides the following deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Malaysian users:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — a popular local e-wallet in Malaysia
• DuitNow — real-time transfers based on phone number or MyKad
• Online Banking (FPX) — supported by major Malaysian banks
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH accepted

The minimum amount for each deposit and withdrawal is RM50. There is no differing minimum amount by payment method. Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes after the request is approved, subject to standard security checks.

All deposited funds must be used at least once before the first withdrawal request is processed. kisy918 reserves the right to request additional verification for transactions exceeding certain limits as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, kisy918 reserves the right to:

7. Accepted User Conduct

8. Account Suspension and Closure

kisy918 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from the relevant authorities.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Valid balances will be returned after a security review is completed.

Self-Exclusion: Users who have concerns about their gambling habits may apply for voluntary self-exclusion. The exclusion period can be set according to individual needs. During this period, the account cannot be used for any betting purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

If resolution through negotiation is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be referred to an arbitration body recognised by our licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

The official language used in all formal communications, including dispute documents, is Bahasa Melayu or English.
